Mindful Relationships

1.  Realize that our time on earth and with our loved ones is fleeting. Be intentional with your moments. Love your people while you still can.

2.  Express gratitude. 

3.  Ask them about their values, dreams and life’s goals.

4.  Truly listen to them. If you disagree with their perspectives, try to understand their point of view. Find the grain of truth.

5.  Treat them with kindness: bring them flowers for no reason, surprise them with their favorite things, hug them, kiss them, tell them you love them. Repeat.
