In-person sessions are held in a lovely, private office in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. On-line sessions are held from the comfort of your own home/office from anywhere in Massachusetts or New Hampshire.
What is your experience? Hazel Navarro, LICSW has over 20 years' experience helping people reduce symptoms of anxiety, stress, and trauma. As a fellow leader, she knows the particular challenges that leaders face as they struggle to take care of their businesses, their staff, their families and themselves.
How long does therapy for Anxiety take?
The length of time in therapy varies from person to person. We will start with an initial plan of twelve weekly sessions in which you can learn about your specific anxiety triggers and identify how anxiety manifests itself in your body and mind. In each session, you will practice specific mind/body techniques proven to decrease anxiety. The expectation is that you will continue to practice your new skills outside of sessions so that you can master your anxiety taming skills in your real life.
Do you see people in-person?
There is limited availability for in-person sessions some evenings in a lovely, private office in Tyngsboro, MA.
Do you offer on-line therapy sessions?
Yes, if you are in Massachusetts or New Hampshire, you can participate in online telehealth sessions.
What are the fees for Anxiety Therapy?
Current fees are $200 per 50-minute session.
Do you accept insurance?
No. The fee of $200 is due before each session. For clients wishing to receive reimbursement for sessions from their insurance company, we can provide you with a receipt called a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for details.
What type of payment do you accept?
Payment is accepted in cash, credit cards, and flexible spending account cards.
